The group was restructured in August 2001.
The new shareholder base includes owner-operators of meat processing
and by product facilities, together with established operators in
international marketing and trade of seafood, produce and other food
stuffs. In addition to adding financial strength to the group, the
new structure considerably enhances the range of skills and services
we can offer to both customers and suppliers.
Through our network of strategically sited international trading offices,
Mathias International offers to our customers, and suppliers, a high
quality and efficient meat, seafood and produce procurement and marketing
service worldwide.
